In part this is also due to hormones. My grandfather had an equally effortless good physique while young from a good environment, some basic gymnastics or barebones calisthenics. Decent diet and all, and when u stop training you retain some muscle mass. So thats probably why, women look "ok" depending on the female, without much effort. Their equivalent to our current state is if all of them were born as flat hoes without any ass or tits, and they had to hit the gym to get any progress at all. Their SMV would be in the gutter too, in comparison
