you probably have health anxiety I used to think I had myocarditis brain aneurysm lymphoma kidney disease etc if you are under 30 it's almost impossible that you have any of these

I would feel a crushing pain in my chest 24 7 I still get this when I am anxious it feels just like a heart attack I wouldn't wish this on anyone

It will pass it finally did for me I recommend doing alot of ''dangerous'' things for your so called heart disease such as going to the gym and caffeine etc you will see that you are fine
