My face structure hasnt changed one bit since I was 15. I guess the only thing that changed is now I have more facial hair and my eyebrows are thicker (however sparser). I used to have really thin (maybe 9mm or so) but filled out and dark eyebrows, whereas now my eyebrows are big but rather sparse due to seborrheic dermatitis.
Found this old pic when I was 15. From 15 to 18 only difference is bodyfat and also tbh i dont have acne now.
So i can already know what ill look like at ~15% bodyfat (Since that was my bodyfat at 15)

Cope. I was indeed around 3%-5% back at my absolute skinniest (130lbs at 6'3") full on 15 BMI anorexia saved by my shoulder width and I had hollow mogger cheeks. Obviously they don't count at that point cause my entire body was lanklet tier but I legit think you should get to a single digit bodyfat before you give up. Or 10% again because surely a millimeter of something in your face has changed now.

I hate the eyebrow dandruff i get every autumn. This Year it really killed my eyebrows
But its okay by the next summer ill have good eyebrows again

But when It comes to height measurements, I stand up with my back straight and my head in the neutral position.
