I Alternate Periods of Deep Depression to Periods of Positive Numbness.

It’s either I’m totally distraught, or I’m positively numb, me aiming I’m numb to most stuff and positive because I refrain from desiring anything and just let things flow.

Check for any personality disorders with a specialist

Do you also:
-experience or threaten self harm
-experience intense negative emotions which can last for hours or even days
-constantly doubt the people you feel are close to you, and even test then
-have suicidal thoughts
-constantly change opinions or personalities
-experience irritable/hostile/avoidant mood
-are impulsive
