I always clog up the toilet since I started bulking

My morning shits always end up clogging the toilet. It gets stuck at the bottom and I have to flush a few times to get it through. A few days I flushed it once, the water rose up to the top of the bowl. I risked it all and flushed again and then water started spilling out onto the floor, but luckily it went through after a second so it wasn't that bad.
How do I deal with this? I'm literally scared to shit each morning.
