I always got cystic acne when I ate too many eggs

I'm not someone who copes with diet too much, however even whilst on isotretinoin when I ate too many eggs I got cysts on my chin.

So I don't eat that many eggs anymore, and my skin is great.

Does anybody know why this is the case, do I have some kind of food allergy?
