No matter how much I sleep, what I eat, what I drink, what supplements I take it always looks like a pit under my eyes. I know what fixes it but I can't get it.

Listen dude, here's everything u need. Mouth to nose ratio fix, with mouth widening surgery, orbital box decompression, (I notice your eyes are a bit protruding), and infraorbital rim implants (yours are too low set)

thats the hardest part to fix. nobody even does this surgery, barely any surgeons do commiusoplastry and i have never seen results

yeah dude haha just get an orbital box osteotomy & orbital decompression

just put implants where theres thousands of nerve endings which affect your vision

this is the easiest part to fix lol, mouth to nose goes both ways, slim nose, or widen lips, or a little bit of both. Also commiusoolastry is very common idk what u mean, u could always get a rhino tho too

rhino still wont be enough, he will need a michael jackson tier nose to compensate for the narrow mouth
