I kinda just went through the motions socially. Went to one dancing event throughout 4 years. You really need a friend group to enjoy it I guess. I was kind of lonely and only really went to school with the intention of going to a good university, not worried about anything else

i went to a top private school in london where everyone has at least somewhat well off parents. it was sad seeing the popular people going to all of these events at each others houses while my friend group and i were spurned.

when i switched to that school at 16, i promised myself i would find a way into that group. i failed. now i'm working full time and those days are forever lost.

Yeah the cost is no joke. It’s like 100k without any financial aid, but thankfully, we’re paying only around 44 yearly. I once read that 60% of the undergraduates come from the top 15% of the US income scale. Mostly rich kids from the Bay and East Coat suburbs
