I always wondered how the rent in the most rundown, drug addicted parts of town can still be so expensive, I discovered the solution.

Basically while walking through one of those neighboorhoods I noticed at the windows there were only ethnics. So probably they live of of neetbux, meaning the state pays their rent. And so the landlords are just collecting the money from the state and these ethnics get thrown into a melting pot of prostitution and drug abuse.

Brutal realizition I made that day.
