most cranofacial changes appear during childhood, maxilla develops at around 85% at age 5 and the mandibular syphisis fuses at around age 1, u still have some growth during puberty but its not a drastic amount
also whyd u say u didnt hit puberty then proceed to ask for a rating and posted in the rating topic
