So some information about me.
My dad is 180cm barefoot on avg and mum is 167.5cm

I hit puberty at around 13.6yrs of age.

I was 5'2 on my 13th birthday

I was about 5'4 when I hit puberty

I shot up to 5'6.5 by around my 14th birthday

On my 15th birthday I was a little over 5'9.

Rn at 15.5 my morning height is 5'11 exact or 180.5cm
And night height is about 178 cm I have a whole inch difference between morning and night height.

My nearest cousin was 5'8 at around 15 and is 6ft rn.

How all can I get. I'm insecure kinda cuz I haven't grown since December, or maybe like just half a cm.

Also I'm at tanner 4.0

You're way above average height for your age. Probably gonna be 185cm/6''1. Don't be nervous just eat well, sleep 10 hours, exercise, drink raw milk and you will grow brother(y)

Googled it and the first time I heard about this. Honestly weird why it's not used as a good hallmark/comparison to measure height expectations.

I have denser pubes but not on thighs or linear alba whatever that is, very faint hair there. Almost 0 chest hair(my dad has hexum level chest hair for comparision), and I only grow facial hair in my hyoid region, that too like a pedostache. Lifeguel

MOD (1-29): x3 times a day. 75mcg

GHRP-2/6: x3 times a day. 100mcg

Hexarelin: x1 time a day 50mcg

MK677: x2 a day 10mg

Glucosamine, Chondroitin MSM, SAM-e: x1

Vitamins: subjective. X1 a day should work.

Melatonin: just take one before bed.

U will become Eiffel Tower

If u gonna eat a lot and eat like more meat or carbs u would be 190cm i was 184 at your age
