I wanted to know if it's still possible to maximize my height, or if it's all over at 17 years old:
When I was 16 (basically last year, around November and December), I was 5'8" (19'8"). But this year I started sleeping better and grew to 5'9" (19'9"). I wanted to know if that's an indication that I can still grow and maximize my potential, or if it's over.
My father is 185cm (6'1") tall.
My mother is 160cm (5'3").
On my mother's side, most of the men and women are average height, neither shorter nor taller than 160cm.
On my father's side, my grandfather is approximately 195cm (6'5") tall.
And all my uncles are the same height or taller than my father.
The short answer is, I'd do anything. I have the money and the time.
