5 PSL isn't enough to be aproached, at least not on a consistent basis. 5PSL is GL but not in a way that stands out. 6 PSL for being approached. It's much rarer than 5 PSL. 5 PSL is still "he's cute i'll give him a chance if he approaches me" territory
