I remember when I found out that I'm actually 5'7 and not 5'9

Same, I got measured 6' for my passport. 2 years later I measured myself and find out I'm only 5'10

I hadn't measured myself in years (I am 31).
Last time I did I was around 173cm (5'8) a few years ago.

But throughout my 20s I was always a hunched over little manlet with no muscle on my body and literally zero core strength to the point where my hips would jirate forward and be out of line with my ass.

Before the gym closed due to quarantine, I had undertaken 4 months + of skinnyfat weightlifting programs.

I did core work a few times a week- I had never done core work in my life.

I am also leaner than I have been in nearly decade right now.

While assembling an exercise bike today I took out a toolbox and found a measuring tape.

Just measured myself in the mid afternoon (Australian time) and I am around 5'9! Just 175.

I only slept 6 hours the night before and 3 hours the night before that.

No doubt if I measure myself after a good sleep I will be over 175 in the morning.

This is major life fuel and a great development! I always knew my posture was fucked up!!!

Smaller guys - do core strength. You probably aren't your potential height!
