I am a caged dog in my life

At school I am stuck in one room all day while the other highschoolers go to different classes every hour. And at home i have been grounded for over 3 months I cannot go outside because I am not trusted but even tho i have been behaving for a week now i still cannot go outside and social maxx. What should I do? Should I just walk out of the house? Should I stop going to school? Should I frequently runaway to hang out with friends?
