she is but i cant if i am a genuine one its so hard ive tried therapy before aswell but i quit because i realized my therapist didnt care she is just paid to care it was brutal


i think im going to get social anxiety meds or anti depressents from any site i find without percsription needed tho maybe that will help

my anxiety and some physical abuse o went thru when i was much younger i kept away and i felt like i was gonna kill myself so i knew i had to find a way to help myself cope
