I am endomorph. I have easy time gaining weight. Both muscle and fat but have a hard time losing it yet even a fatass like me has managed to lose significant weight with an Iron Will.You need a ton of determination. You have to wake up evey morning and fight your body tell it no you will listen to me and do what I say. It is not easy for people like us. People will tell u just put the fork down but I know how frustrating and difficult it is but it can happen. Believe

The problem for fatcels is nit that we gain weight easily. The problem is large appetite. Like yoy can eat 4 pounds of slop and still feel hungry

i have an unreal appetite
i have found that eating more vegetable stuff helps control it though

if i just eat meat i will easily eat multiple pounds of meat in one sitting

Body type theory has long been debunked. Genes do matter, but if you need to make a lot of effort to get lean, you're doing something wrong.

feel like a major part of the problem for fatasses is their relationship with food, i unironically have better success at losing weight allowing myself to eat some junk food here and there. its actually really common to eat for dopamine (when you're bored, sad, happy, etc), the psychological part of dieting is just as important as the physical one if not more imo. also there is a point in which you will get acostumed to the act of losing weight, it wont be annoying for you, you'll just do it without really paying attention to it, problem lies some people just have a bad day and for example eat 3500 calories and call it quits "i'll start losing weight next week fr", just because you had one bad day doesnt mean you should throw it all to the trash and binge the whole week

You're also right about eating for dopamine. Emotional eating is a welldocumented behavior where people use food to self-soothe in response to boredom, sadness, anxiety, or even happiness.
