i understand i have it better than a large majority of the world

i dont need to worry about food, water or shelter

a starving child in Africa would probably kill to live my truecel life

most of us are pretty lucky in the grand scheme of things

True but relative comparisons are more meaningful.

I don’t feel like I should be grateful not to have diphtheria in a developed country.

Honestly I’d rather grow up in war torn Somalia but have a GF than live my current materially comfortable life with no GF

yea but it could always be worse. the fact we even have acces to the technology to speak with eachother from across the world right now makes us quite lucky

Tricky thing you might have been happier without food, water and shelter.

From an absolute point of view, but given we live in the West, not so much.
I think comparison are much more meaningful in relative terms.

Sometimes I think about complete poverty driven, war torn countries and none of those men that live there care about being incel. In fact none really are, they still have kids regardless of being poor

Lucky in some respects, not so much in others.

true

it could always be worse

at the same time you have to really consider, what if that starving african child grows up and walks around his village with his wife carefree, even though he lives in poverty. he doesnt even consider that his wife is a foid or sub5, he just fucks her and has as many kids as possible

who's really the unfortunate one
