I am about to start Gymcel Maxxing and need advice IMMEDIATELY

Okay, I'm on a trip for an academic program and I'm out of state at the moment. Whenever I return I'm going to start going to the gym like I had planned a month prior (before my fucking appendix decided to explode). I honestly have very minimum knowledge, I understand basic terms and roughly were I should start. At the moment I am 5'10 and roughly 15-17%bf, I'm lowkey just tired of being skinny as fuck. Anyone have any advice, pointers, or just niche random knowledge that I might find useful somewhere down the line.

In your position I would still cut down to about 10-12%. After that I would start a slow/clean bulk. Try to gain about 0.05%-0.07% of your current bodyweight every week.
