there is no cope to solitude, sadly.
i wish i could go on in complete solitude for months but i can't, i don't think anyone can.
you see these documentaries that the dude goes in an island or sth for 100 days in complete solitude? truth is, they are not alone, they are constantly talking to camera, which is a form of communicating.

I am a HERMIT. I only go outside when I need to buy groceries then I go back home and lay on bed 24 hours a day.

Yes its great especially since I use Kratom n Phenibut (1 week on kratom then 1 week on phenibut On n Off) Zero stress. More time for sleep. More time for hobbies.

Good question. Currently im not addicted to any narcotic. I am addicted to kratom n phenibut although those are not considered narcotics
