Not sure if I'll explain well but I just go to school each week and do stuff normally like walk to classes etc. There are many little things I do that help. For an example I go through halls and I try to make myself more relaxed while walking past people, especially girls. Or I would talk normally with my friend and not stop when people are passing (I used to stop talking when people were passing so they don't judge me). Also, socializing helps, even with friends. I also challenge myself to speak up in class when I wanna say something and it works. I also accidentally go through embarrassing moments and try to convince the part of the brain that gets embarrassed that it isn't a big deal. So basically, challenge yourself to do things that make you anxious and go through embarrassing moments pretending to be unbothered by them. I have noticed huge inhibition improvement since I started going to school after summer break. Avoid isolating yourself and put yourself in social situations that make you anxious. A good thing would be going to the gym (even if you don't work out, go and try the machines out). Don't hesitate to ask people if they're using the machine or maybe ask for a spot. You can kinda plateau sometimes though and possibly get more inhibited. Looksmaxxing and gymmmaxxing help too. Don't expect fast progress btw.
