Read books. Non fiction preferably but fiction is fine still fulfils similar purpose. Also think about what you read you will get smarter over time.

That’s great. Read even 15-20 minutes a day you will notice a huge difference over time.

I actually got my iq tested so i could get medication for my adhd. It was 114 but i rarely like to count it

Still a deviation above the norm so that's quite good. I have add symptoms but no medication for me

Not anymore, i used to be on retalin a few years ago. I take no supplements bc my diet is extremly good
