Eat more, as long as that extra you eat consists of meat and carbs your good

carnivore however if you're anorexic it's gonna be hard to get in calories from that.

Eat as much as you can of anything.
Once your body gets used to eating alot, I'd recommend going carnivore if you can afford it.
