Over for my down-grown fucked skull, class 3 bite long midface narrow palate crooked ass teeth, HUGE DISPROPORTIONAL NOSE that's broken since age 6, made in china headset, nw 1.5 hairline that's slowly creeping back daily. Even all of my country's GDP would not be enough to turn me into a mid tier normie.

I do agree the nose is very disproportional. But rhino is not the most expensive surgery out there if you compare it to truly outlandish surgeries like LL that cost six digits.

you cant afford expanders? or treatment?

You could buy a shitty chinese expander or bioblock (used) and treat yourself at home. Just make sure to go slow.

It sometimes works as an adult. I don't know what the probability is for it to work properly in an adult. Even in kids though the expansion is not 100% skeletal (50%), so as an adult it would most likely be much less. You can try and get a consult with some orthotropists who work with adults ask them what they think, or ask john and mike mew in their facebook group. But yes there is a good chance it will fail.
