I am gonna eat nothing today and take 20mcg clen and do cardio all day.

I am not allowed to roid or even train with weights at the moment. But as soon as the doctor says I can I have some test and orals on hand. Clen isn't shit, I forgot the name of the medication, but there is a superior drug which is similar but more selective to beta 2 which means less damage to the heart. I will take some atenolol alongside the clen though.

Clen AND DNP are both horrible. Reta and HGH will do good work. add BAM15 if you can source it

Nothing actually accelerates fat burning like dnp or clen generally speaking. I don't need reta as I can voluntarily not eat without needing pharmaceutical assistance. I want to do a 3 day fast to get rid of visceral fat, I am not interested in building muscle at the moment. Clen and cardio will simply speed up the rate of my autophagy, the last thing I would want to add to this protocol is anything which increases growth.
