Yeah, I'm on 50k IU ß-carotene daily. I need to up it to 100k again tho, but I've forgotten to take my evening pills so much I just scrapped them.

nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, flushing of the face, involuntary stretching and yawning, and spontaneous erections.

I took 1 unit which is ~100mcg and I've experienced nausea and loss of appetite.

I feel like vomiting tho, a lot. I'll take anti-histamines to keep the nausea and vomiting at bay if I go above 100mcg, assuming a linear relationship between sides and dosage.
