It’s true that Muslims have a certain disdain for atheism and this is partially because of what the Quran teaches. Muh allahs words on pagans and atheist disbelievers are fairly harsh whereas Christians and Jews are considered “people of the book” and are to be respected.

Aside from that, muslimcels like Christians more because converting a Christian into the filth of Islam is easier than converting an atheist. With atheists, you have an added step of needing to convince the dumbass that God is even real whereas every Christian and Jew already believes in God
