Update
The good news is that I am getting quite close to knowing what the core issue is, the bad news is that it is likely harder to make the change from non-NT introvert to socially confident extrovert due to the years of trauma and neural patterns but it is possible for someone who truly wants to make the change.
But I am now going to try help a couple people with mild and moderate non-NTness irl and if I can help them I should know enough by then to make a full guide here.
I want to make sure the theory is as correct as possible so I will wait until I have had it for 3 months with no significant developments before I release it here.
