I am considering getting an Orbital Box Osteotomy How big of a failo is male hypertelorism? and how much can this really ascend someone?

How big of a failo actually is it? Like lets say a celebrity who is H-HTN but then a photo gets edited where they have wide-set eyes, what rating would they go to? My hypertelorism is not severe as in a craniofacial disorder but lets just say somewhere around will smiths range.

Another thing I want to know is lets just say someone is Mltn or Hltn because they have hypertelorism. Roughly, What would they go up to on the rating scales if they got an Orbital Box Osteotomy? and im not just asking for anecdotal evidence but I mean in a general sense from a birds eye perspective

Because obo is done for people with deformities.

If you have a high esr then you can just fraud it like Ian somerhalder, Zac Efron, etc. Instead of spending 50k+ on a risky surgery.

+ I measured Will Smith's esr and in this pic it was .48 so it is not even such a big failo considering 46-47 is ideal.

Honestly bro at the end of the day you can use all these maths you want but if someones eyes look wide, people are still going to think they look wide no matter how good you try describe to them what your esr is , its like walking into a building as an indian and trying to convince them your white american, it just doesnt work, and even though you say will smiths eye ratios arent bad, well why did i think of him first.

Look at their eyebrows. Their esr goes unnoticed because they have good eyebrows that go beyond the eyes making it look like their ipd is normal
