Go to the limb lengthening forum, no one here can give you a detailed/honest answer cause no one has actually done it with the exception of 2-3 people. Hell most people here don't know even know about or have bought Guido Maggi, the premium elevator shoes brand, cause it's so expensive.
All I will say is, if you decide to do it, you cannot cheap out. This is not a new pair of shoes or a suit jacket fitting, it's you fucking legs. If you end up paraplegic or worse you're gonna wish you were a short man with the ability to walk, the same way you wish you could be taller right now. Accept that you're gonna have to save up A LOT of money. Also, you can get 2 inches with lifts/elevator shoes. It's not easy but it's the maximum doable height you can do.

Congrats on making it to the west but LL is notoriously expensive in the US. Korea's arguably the best place to get it safely and affordably. (around 40k compared to 100-150k you can get in the US)
