I just can't prove it yet.

Can anyone add to this autistic theory?

I can tell you that my father only developed the first signs of AGA at age 55, in the exact same period he was diagnosed with diabetes.

Was just about to post this link when you said this.

I can't say whether there's any truth to this or not but... I had zero hair loss all throughout my teens/early 20s and only in the past 2 years or so have i started losing hair and having a receeding hairline. Am i diabetic? perhaps, i don't really get tested, last time i got tested was 1-2 years ago i think and it was negative. There could be something to this. Although if your theory is right, wouldn't improving insulin resistance/sensitivity stop the hair loss? if that's the case then diabets who take medication should stop experiencing hair loss right? but i don't think it happens.

fake ita actually the rate of dna methylation in the androgen receptor gene slowing down

I am not sure how this would work out. I am still researching into this theory.

Carbohydrates are the culprit behind many illnesses, becoming insulin resistant and it’s consequences are just one of many

Insulin resistance does cause hair loss but it happens in the toes/feet/ankles first.

You could have normal blood sugar levels like me even though i am a life-long sugar addict but then that would mean normal sugar levels + insulin sensitivity still causes hair-loss which would show that even if you don't have diabetes, sugar/insulin sensitivity fucks you up regardless of me not being prone to diabetes due to my parents not having the disease.

Theres always that guy trying to reinvent the wheel

Insulin resistance makes systemic inflammation and hyperinsulinemia worse, which increases DHT

U dont have to prove it ur simply right no one should be disagreeing with this

No faggot. High dht LOWers diabetic risk. It doesn't cause it. This forum is full of subhuman copers.

the risk for diabetes was 21% lower with higher dihydrotestosterone levels (P = .009), the researchers wrote.

Some pathways are well-defined, with empirical evidence to back it up.
Insulin resistance could be correlated or be causal in some way but highly unlikely to be a major factor.

might be legit i used to eat super healthy and train all the time but i went off to collage for a school year and got sick a lot stressed eating shit and not training. fasting glucose is like 100 now i got a monitor due to taking peptides. shit is really bad for you i hope to get it down lower soon by eating well ill probably start intermittent fasting again.

not gonna do any GH peptides untill its safely below 100

plan is to just minimise carbs and maybe intermittent fast or like 1 meal a day. also train. people on carnivore or high fat low carb usually have very high insulin sensitivity and very low fasted glucose

edit: i meant to also say that i have never noticed any hair loss but in the past 6 months or so i think i might have had a tiny bit.
