I'm an introverted and shy non NT 
I got 1 (one) date last year from a girl who approached me and it went nowhere
I installed bumble recently (the worst dating app of the big three), got +100 likes in a day, and asked out 3 girls. They all said yes and so I had 3 dates in a week.
IRL I could never
(plus clubs and hobbies here seem to be all +30 or so, it's fucking crazy)
