I'm typing from my laptop. I blocked Instagram and .org on my phone. I have to download Instagram each time I want to use it, which is like once or twice a day

I have blocked every site that I spend more than an hour on

I only have YouTube, but I have optimized it so I can only see my subscription; my home feed is blocked

I am texting no one, foid etc only my parents

I have to take these extremes to fully lock in

I don't know what is going on in the rest of the world, and I do not care. I am putting off-topic on ignore, so I can't see it​
