Been following this war in Ukraine and it just feels like I am watching an amateur bitchfight of 2 weak women slapping eachother.
It's the first real war since worldwar2. Everything untill then has largely been a massively superior force VS a (guerilla) inferior force. Which is not really compareable.
With modern day technology I would've expected humans to be much better at killing eachother by now.
If I was in charge of the Russian or Ukranian military I would've absolutely decimated my opponents by now. Absolutely brutal.
Incompetence runs deep everywhere, because the world is ruled by nepotism instead of superiority. Nobody wants to see some competent human being like me run a business, when you can have your favoured family member or friend run it instead.
Day after day I wonder why I have never been hired by a top-tier company. Recruitment must be absolutely utter shit in quality to not have selected me as a prime candidate by now.
Just imagine this:
A 130IQ, top-performing student in his early 20s that has excelled at everything 'the system' has ever tested him on, is working at a fucking bar for 10 dollars/hour in the weekends to get some extra money.
Imagine how fucking retarded the corporate world is for not giving me some (part)-time contract at a top-tier business for some low shit wage like 20 dollar/hour outperforming everyone. Knowing I would gladly accept it over the bar job.
The brutal fact that top-tier companies are NOT offering me top-tier money to come work for them has made me realize most businesses are absolute horse-shit and I need to start my own. Talent is being wasted on an enormous scale.

The average profitable company is completely and utterly incompetent and I would destroy and decimate their entire business model.
The only issue is I was born, raised, educated and trained to be a slave worker class citizen. Everyone and everything in my life has pushed me towards working a 9-5 job for someone else. Due to this, I have become severely depressed and low energy by now, which is stopping me from reaching my full potential.
