I actually visited the looksmaxing section today, can you believe that

I will work hard on the things I can change. I am inspired by itsOVER’s lean thread and believe I could achieve similar results. This in combination with skincare, haircare, teeth whitening, style and health could take me into PSL 5 territory. Then I will deploy a multitude of copes such as charisma and getting rich (idk how the fuck but still) to attempt to make up for any remaining flaws. I wish to make it to PSL heaven so I can drink wine with Arceus. That is all

realistically speaking all of this would take at least 5 to 10 years especially the "getting rich" part and by then you'll be an oldcel in your 30s.

I do, I am going to download Nike training app and workout at home
tbh dropping bodyfat is just calories. If you wanna get fit at home I can recommend r/bodyweightfitness' recommended routine. It has helped me immensely, went from not even being able to do negative pushups to being able to do pull ups and multiple pushups.
For running you can download any C25K app, that's the scientifically best way to become good at running.

Yeah I saw Couch to 5K on the App Store I will check it out, and the body weight routine

same, i compared myself to even 17% bf it’s a crazy difference. i’m like low 20s now and the difference from 25-15% is crazy as fuck. incel to slayer
