I got rabies like a day ago and couldnt drink water. I posted in subreddit r/askdoc, they said i need to go to hospital because i might have rabies.

Went to hospital after my condition worsening (approx 2 hrs ago), they did a test and i really have rabies. They instantly transferred me to emergency ward and got me rabies vaccine.

The doc told my mom that if i am lucky, i will survive rabies because the vaccines only have 60%. Chance of working and that too only after 1 hr of getting rabies but i got it after a day. He couldnt give real approximation. Ofc he didnt tell it to my face bc he didnt want to worry, he told me "u will b fine" but my mother face was saying smth else.

Get the vaccine (couple of shots) and you're fine. You wouldn't get rabies it's a giga effective one. You also don't have any symptoms it takes at least a couple of days or weeks.

You don't have rabies, you just carry it.

If you got the vaccine you wouldn't get rabies. It's tested for so long you can literally eat a dog with rabies, get the vaccine and you be fine.
