Specifically the comments by people that don't realize that the video is AI, even though there are numerous red flags. One of my favorites is 'Jack Swole'. The AI guy is 86 and looks like he could compete in the next Mr. Olympia fitness division.

Brou look freaking awesome. I'm 65 built me a wooden bench from? Recycled pallets I have been lifting g modret weights 4 2 years now gone off the keto but still eat at least 150 2 200 gm protein a day. I have stepped things up from 2 x a week to 5 x a week. I have cottage cheese and plain Greek yogurt. Do u no wat cuz since I stepped things up I'm feeling so good , sleeping like a baby I'm 65 yrs young you are a machine well done
