But I like to think of it as how you KNOW when youre not dreaming. But dont know when you are, you feel me?

Yea it's a good question but whenever I have asked myself in dreams am I dreaming I started noticing weird stuff and would become lucid. Waking reality is rock solid and I can ask myself am I dreaming a 1000 times and all is stable and normal. Dreams are goofy asf.

That is very rare but ot happens sometimes. Most of the time if I ask that I can realize I am dreaming. Still upon waking it seems crazy. Never have I asked myself in waking life and I dreaming and fell asleep and said wow that is crazy.
