SPF refers to UBV protection and UVB is just sunburn. Photo-aging is caused by UVA rays where protection is meausred with PPD or something (purrito still sucks here).
Best sunscreen is Bioderma but if it's too oily I suggets the La Roche Anthelios.

You can still find ways to use it. Near sunset when the UV is 2 and below you can use it outside. Or you can use spf 19 inside, which should be sufficient for basement rotting

no it did happen but not to a great extent, did get blemishes and dark spots tho since melanocytes are sensitive to blue light. Now I use f.lux with 0 blue light and turned of blue led from monitor settings.
