I'm usually the calm, polite, gentleman type, respectful, always trying to keep things civil. But when I finally snap, it's like a switch flips. I lose all control and start spewing the most foul, vulgar shit imaginable. No filter, no mercy.

I feel you, my ex broke up with me once because she said she was scared of me. I never raised my voice or a hand to her. But she saw how I treated others in confrontation. Actively working on my anger and trying to be a better person.
