I am getting a septorhinoplasty, i can get one other -Cheek fat grafting, -small lip fat grafting or chin filler, which one do I choose? Nothing else.

Why not fat grafts to the upper eyelids or a lip lift?

I know you say nothing else ...but your chin looks fine, infras good enough to not merit work, and fat to lips isn't the correct cure for your lip problem

Lip lift is not good idea at this start as I think. The problem is that his lips are insanely narrow. This is often very related to narrow palates
