Loosing 10kg was the worst mistake i ever did :( Male friends are dissing me, and tell me i look like a different person and not strong and robust anymore.
A unattracitve girl i fucked 2 years ago told me: "damn why did you loose weight? Your face looks so small and sunken now. Are your okay, or you have a illness?"

Its so brutal, i could cry.

Btw i was 82kg 25-30%bf, but also with some muscles. With clothes i looked strong and muscular, but naked i had a big belly. Now i am 71kg at 178cm.
I cant hop on testosterone, because i am on finasteride, and still loose a bit of hair.

You need to get very lean or you will be stuck in limbo

Don't mistake how low you need to be to be actually 'lean'

Don't listen to them tbh. Keep working out and doing strength training while dieting and keep a bit more of your muscle. Skinny is still better than fat

82kg 30percent bf jfl, learn how to bulk and train. I'm the same height and I managed 88kg at definitely less than 20percent bf. And I have small bones and a tiny midsection (still had a sixpack at that weight), so it's not like I have just a naturally robust build.

88kg at 178cm with a good bf, is very good. How long did it take you? What training split? How many calories? Roids?
Your face did never changed during your bulk? I notice how guys often get a bigger head, with more muscles. Dont know if its because of bloat.
