I am genuinly getting gray hair at FUCKING 16. Being high inhib is one of the most mentally drainings things. I literally cannot be in a social situation without planning out my next step and going over it 1000 times in my head. I have social anxiety and anxiety in general. I wish for days where i could i just live a normal life without being stressed out every single second of the day. Please someone tell me the secret to not giving a FUCK.
