But not because I got results, but because I realized that i did not. I am wiser now. I was previously quite a fool, susceptible to delusions. Now I am more skeptical, more realistic. And besides, looksmaxxing led me to health maxxing which WILL give results.

I am not one of those who support others in bonesmashing, but I believe that it could theoretically give you a small improvement after doing it for long enough.


I also did it for 6 months but I stopped once I realized what a low-iq moron I was. I still believe it created a tiny tiny bit of change though

Nah man, I don't claim its some kind of a life-changing result, but its still a result for sure.

I have pictures as a proof but that would require me to show you my subhuman pictures from 2 years ago and yeah, Batman won't take those from me
