My BLACK DAD taught me how to be a REAL MAN -- he taught me how to HOOP, he taught me how to DRESS, he taught me how to always BE CONFIDENT, he taught me how to NEVER BACK DOWN in front of others and LOOK DOWN on everyone until proven OTHERWISE. He gave me my DREADS and he gave me my BLACK identity which I am VERY PROUD of and glad to be -- thanks to him I was POPULAR at every school I went to and EASILY fit in with the COOLEST KIDS that every MAN looked up to and every WOMAN wanted to fuck, who were the OTHER black athletes.
My MIDDLE EASTERN mom taught me the VALUE of education and was the reason I was FINANCIALLY stable -- I have her family and her OWN MEDICAL career to thank for my COMFORTABLE childhood in New York City. Thanks to her, I came home to TASTY FOOD that she cooked personally and brought BALANCE to my life, as she would ALWAYS be the voice of reason and my BIGGEST supporter until I made it to COLLEGE myself.
I am a UNIQUE mix, the product of a STRONG black man and a BEAUTIFUL Middle Eastern woman -- and I am PROUD.
