I am going cold turkey with cortisol

I would browse pinterest for hours to get cortisol from happy couple images.

Today i am saying that its fucking enough. No more crying.

Avdoiding cortisol inducing things may not move my maxilla by 10 mm and my lower third + chin 25 mm in total but cortisol fucks up my ability to focus.

I dont want to let myself go, i have a decent base overall (6'5, decent frame, maybe not so much facially because turbo recessed but bimax alone will ascend me hard and if i get jaw angles i am set i guess)

So from today, i will just study harder this year. I will plan the rest later...
