I am going insane

These last few months I've spent entirely in front of my bathroom mirror. My family and friends noticed this weird behavior and keep asking me what is wrong with me. I always reply nothing and try to hide tears.

I'm going mentally insane. I haven't eaten today, just sat in front of the mirror crying. I'm starting to lose hope for ascension.

Never slayed stacies lol, htbs and stacylites. I'm just unsatisfied with my looks. It does not help if I slay, cause my self image is going nuts.

The thing is I am fairly good looking, I just became obsessive since dtarting blackpill that I only focus on my failos, my family's failos, bad things about girls that show interest in me, bad things about everything. I am literally incapable of looking at something and pointing out the positives.

I did that too but you have ways to go then, You will spiral a couple times but dw about it
