2 days in so far without either

I was close to relapsing on added sugars such as Chip O’Hoy cookies today in the store that I literally debated for 20 minutes if I should buy them

My skin feels amazing and my mind feels open

I will continue to fight these worthless addictions that add 0 value to my life

I will make a post every now and then to update you guys on what changes happen to me throughout the year

Cutting these looksmins out will be a huge looksmax

You can not call yourself a looksmaxer if you’re still eating junk food, watching porn, and fapping

My longest NoPMO streak was 6 months. My longest no sugar was 1 month. I’ll try my hardest and be honest if I relapse.
