I am going to be diagnosed with "body dysmorphia"

Welp boyos, they won. My parents forced me to go visit a psychiatrist. They say this is because I dislike the way I look while I "look above average". Being a LTN Slavcel, I can continue giving them more and more proof but yeah, they don't care.

I asked my mother to name me one good looking person that she knows of that has a body dysmorphia. That was a dumb thing to say as she said "If you continue debating me instead of trying to change, you will be put on meds".

My thoughts at the moment are: HOW THE FUCK AM I SUPPOSED TO CHANGE MY MIND IF YOU CAN'T EVEN WIN A DEBATE AGAINST ME?

I asked her this question and she told me how people that debate a therapist end up in hospitals. WTF SHOULD I DO?

And when I tell them how I want to looksmax and perhaps, maybe, as a last resort do small surgeries one day that could ascend me and fix my problem, they see it as 1000 times worse than putting me on literal drugs and turning me into a fucking vegetable

Good looking people can have BDD. They still want to be more good looking. Also paranoid about aging.

I had BDD since i was 11. I was a nice looking kid, and i was crying on the mirror saying i not handsome enough LOL. Or see my skin change within hours. All that sort of went away idk it was in my head probably ngl...

take the meds boyo. its already over so pharmaceutical bliss will numb your suffering. why turn down drugs? I often wonder if getting an SSRI script and becoming a medzombie (like 10% of the UK population) is better then enduring the shit life throws at us.

Your best strategy now is to pretend you agree with them and accepted your faith, while secretely improving your looks. This pretty much limits everything to softmaxes and maybe heightmaxing if youare able to hide your drugs for it somewhere.
I think gym and skincare would be tolerated. Leanmaxing too but not with fasting, as they may think you are turning anorexic or something.
