I will only train shoulders,arms,back,abs and skip legs is it a good idea and I will gym 3 days a week my age is 14 right now

My diet is mostly milk and some eggs
eating right is like a large majority of your gym progress btw, if ur gonna be consuming 75g per day it wouldnt do much, a 99p protein shake is 25g in itself so essentially a 1/3 of ur whole goal :ICANT: think about it
